Dr Wang came to Colorado after spending most of his life growing up in Texas. He went to medical school at Texas Tech School of Medicine before finally leaving Texas to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of New Mexico, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr Wang has been practicing medicine since 2003, and he worked as a hospital physician at 2 major hospitals in the Denver Metro area for 9 years. Feeling like there was more that he could do for patients, in 2016 he joined the practice that has evolved into what is now Bloom Healthcare.
Caring for Bloom’s elderly and homebound patients takes a village, and Bloom’s care model has allowed Dr Wang to form meaningful long term relationships with patients and their families, helping guide patients through the twilight of their lives.
When not at work, Dr Wang is game for any adventure, which may include traveling across the world to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with his wife or trail running in the foothills of Denver.
