Dr. Lubbna Johar is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the continuum of health and wellness. She earned her medical degree and completed her Family Medicine residency training at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care. Dr. Johar remains committed to lifelong learning and evidence-based medicine to ensure her patients receive the highest quality care.
Dr. Johar is passionate about home-based primary care because it allows her to care for patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. She is drawn to Bloom Healthcare’s mission of delivering personalized, relationship-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and improved quality of life. By caring for patients in their home environment, she gains a deeper understanding of their individual needs and can develop treatment plans that are both meaningful and practical for their daily lives.
Having called the St. Louis area home for more than 20 years, Dr. Johar values the opportunity to serve the community she knows and loves. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring different cultures, and engaging in community activities. Dr. Johar brings warmth, dedication, and a collaborative approach to every patient interaction and is honored to be part of the Bloom Healthcare team.
