Dr. Heather Campbell earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, and her Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her Rural Family Medicine Residency in Ramona, Oklahoma, and is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Through home-based primary care, Dr. Campbell combines these specialties to help patients live their best lives throughout their remaining years. She values Bloom’s model of care because it allows her the time to focus on each patient’s individual needs and support both patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. Caring for patients in their homes provides her with a unique opportunity to treat the whole person, understand how their environment affects their health, and help create changes that allow them to thrive. Outside of medicine, Dr. Campbell enjoys scuba diving and shares her home with three sugar gliders.
