Jessica is a Colorado native and graduated from the adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner program at the University of Colorado. Prior to Bloom, Jessica was a nurse in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. She also worked on the medical surgical floor at UCHealth Highlands Ranch. She went into medicine because she’s always had an interest in the human body; she initially pursued physical therapy but took a job as a certified nursing assistant after falling in love with the patient population at the long-term care facility she was working at. Jessica is passionate about providing the best care possible and helping her patients feel in control of their health.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and Zeus, her newfoundland, as well as acrylic painting.
