Emily is from Blandon, PA (where cows outnumber people) and moved around between CA, TX, WY, and CO as a travel nurse before deciding to settle in CO in 2016. Emily graduated from the University of Colorado (go Buffs!) and worked as a nurse for the past 11 years prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She was drawn to medicine because her mom was a nurse and she observed there was great value in giving back to the community. She also enjoyed taking care of her siblings whenever they were sick or hurt. She loves helping people and feels as though she was born to be a healthcare provider.
