Erin Emery, PA-C

Erin is a Colorado native who was born and raised in the state and is passionate about providing accessible, compassionate care to her community. She earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Denver and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University in Massachusetts. She is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. She chose to practice home-based primary care because she values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide individualized care in the comfort of their own homes. Erin is drawn to Bloom’s model because it allows her to meet patients where they are and take the time to understand their unique needs, goals, and circumstances. She enjoys working closely with patients to understand what matters most to them and creating care plans that fit their individual needs. Outside of medicine, Erin enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She worked as a ski patroller at Winter Park Resort before becoming a Physician Assistant, combining her love of Colorado’s outdoors with her passion for patient care.
