Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Colorado State University. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Vista University. Jennifer is drawn to home-based primary care because it allows her to care for patients in the comfort of their own homes while gaining a deeper understanding of their individual needs, goals, and daily lives. She values Bloom’s personalized, relationship-centered model of care and the opportunity to meet patients where they are. Most meaningfully, she enjoys building trusting relationships with patients and families while helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life at home.Outside of her professional role. Jennifer values spending quality time with family and friends.
