Ava completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at California Polytechnic State University in 2015, graduating with honors. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2020, also with honors.
Ava became a PA in 2020 and her first role was with the US Navy. After completing her service, she moved to Colorado to be closer to family, and gained experience working with the senior population in home-based settings. She enjoyed being able to treat patients in the comfort and convenience of their own home, and developed a genuine passion caring for seniors, who provide ample wisdom and experience. She also recognized that seniors are often vulnerable and underserved, which drives her commitment to making a difference and providing the best possible care. Bloom’s dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care is what drove her to join the company.
She has a German Shepherd-Rottweiler mix who’s her best friend, and she loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for long walks, hikes, or runs. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and nights full of laughter with friends!
