Celinda Yanez, PA-C, earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, she brings a deep appreciation for serving diverse communities with compassion and cultural understanding.
Celinda is passionate about home-based primary care because it allows her to care for older adults who may otherwise face barriers to accessing the support they need. Bloom’s model of care resonates deeply with her, as it emphasizes meeting patients where they are and fostering meaningful, trusting relationships in the comfort of their homes. She strives to provide not only high-quality medical care, but also genuine empathy and advocacy for each patient she serves.
Outside of medicine, Celinda is very family-oriented and values spending time with her loved ones. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, and she is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and balanced nutrition while still enjoying life in moderation. She is truly honored and excited to be part of the Bloom Healthcare team and to care for patients in a way that helps them feel seen, supported, and valued.
