Courtney Hardy, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Morehouse School of Medicine, a program dedicated to preparing clinicians with a strong foundation in primary care and a commitment to underserved communities. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. Courtney is passionate about delivering patient centered care and supporting individuals through each stage of their health journey.
She is drawn to home based primary care because it allows her to meet patients where they feel most comfortable and to build genuine, trusting relationships over time. She appreciates Bloom’s focus on personalized driven care and values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her patients’ daily lives.
Outside of her professional role, she’s a Colorado native at heart. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading, and exploring new music. She is grateful to care for patients in the community she calls home.
