Phylicia Little, is a board certified nurse practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Maryville University and a Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s Degree from Walden University. She has been in practice since 2016 with licenses in MO and IL and is also certified in wound care. Her particular interest in Bloom’s home based medical care model, stems from a devotion to see patients live happier, healthier lives in the comfort of their own home while receiving excellent primary care. Her patients can expect to work with a provider who shows how much she cares through partnership with them to achieve their personal wellness goals. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, theater and volunteering.
