J. Todd Flowers serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bloom Healthcare and brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across healthcare services, private equity–backed platforms, and high-growth organizations. He is a strategic finance and operations leader with deep experience across corporate finance, treasury, corporate development, and business transformation.
Prior to Bloom, Todd was CFO of Confluent Health and previously held senior leadership and CFO roles at Scion Healthcare, Carering Health, and Kindred Healthcare. Across these organizations, he worked in and alongside providers spanning the full continuum of care—including hospitals, home health, hospice, physician housecalls, therapy, and value-based care—developing a deep passion for home-based primary care, hospice and patient-centered models that improve outcomes and lower total cost of care.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys riding and restoring bicycles and spending time with his wife Sarah and three kids at swim meets and Disney.
