Rebecca Rayburn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver and her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She has 11 years of nursing experience in internal medicine and oncology. Meeting people where they are in their health journey draws Rebecca to Bloom’s home-based primary care model. Rebecca believes home-based care fosters trust and dignity and helps to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with her patients and their families. Rebecca was born and raised in Colorado and currently lives in Denver. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening and hiking.
