Rachel Megquier earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. Her background includes inpatient bone marrow transplant and oncology nursing as well as quality improvement consulting focused on improving patient safety. Rachel joined Bloom because she loves working with older adults and believes the later years of life are something to celebrate. Her approach to care centers on compassion, connection, and taking time to understand each patient as an individual. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care that supports both health and quality of life.
