Karrie graduated in 2015 with her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She has over 26 years of nursing experience, including approximately 17 years in hospice care. She enjoys home based care, as it allows her to help improve quality of life while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence, all while following the patient’s wishes. Karrie is drawn to Bloom because of its positive reputation in the community, as well as the Mission, Vision, and Values Bloom follows. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling to see her granddaughter in Kentucky.
