Jessica Peck, AGNP-C

Jessica is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She brings 18 years of experience as a registered nurse in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and hospice settings, where she developed strong clinical judgment, a comprehensive understanding of complex chronic conditions, and a steady presence in both high-acuity and end-of-life care. Her extensive bedside foundation has shaped a holistic, patient-centered approach to primary care, allowing her to thoughtfully manage chronic disease, emphasize prevention, and build meaningful therapeutic relationships. Jessica is especially drawn to home-based primary care and Bloom Health Care’s relationship-centered model, valuing the opportunity to care for patients in the context of their daily lives while preserving dignity and promoting independence. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends annual medical conferences to further strengthen her dedication to evidence-based practice. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her three kids and husband, reading, baking, and skiing.
