Haley earned her BSN from the Denver College of Nursing in 2015. She later completed her MSN as an Adult–Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado at the Anschutz Medical Campus, advancing her commitment to caring for aging populations. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to home-based care for its unique ability to foster deeper, more meaningful patient relationships. She values the opportunity to observe social determinants of health firsthand and tailor care to each patient’s individual circumstances. Bloom’s model of care resonates strongly with her because of its patient-centered philosophy and its emphasis on dignity and autonomy. She finds special purpose in visiting patients in their homes, a practice shaped by her own experience caring for her mother and as a hospice nurse. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys Pilates and golf as ways to stay active and grounded. She also dedicates time to supporting veterans organizations, a cause that holds personal significance for her.
