As a leader with excellent management skills and a knack for directing company operations, Colleen has been helping teams of employees reach their potential for 25 years. She came to healthcare in 2011 and has played an integral part in the growth and development of the Bloom team. As Director of Operations, Colleen has worked to develop a strong culture of teamwork and service among the support staff at Bloom.
Prior to her time at Bloom Healthcare, Colleen spent 16 years in the health and wellness industry. She is passionate about creating processes, procedures and training that allow team members to excel in their roles and provide outstanding service.
Colleen grew up in Norwich, Vermont. She graduated from Smith College with a degree in Philosophy, has a Master of Science in Wellness Management, and achieved MGMA’s certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in 2016.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys trail running and spending time with family.
