Suzanne attended IU for her first degree in Biology and CU Anschutz for both her BSN as well as her Master’s in Nursing. She loves home based care because it takes away the burden of going to yet another provider appointment and all of the arrangements that go with it. Home care allows patients to stay right where they are and alleviates the stress of getting into an office at a set time. Bloom’s model of care prioritizes what’s most important to each individual patient and that’s also what Suzanne has always believed should drive the patient’s care plan. Suzanne has lived in Colorado since 2016 and loves skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with her family which includes her husband, two children, and two senior golden retrievers.
