As Vice President of Partnerships, Dave is responsible for Bloom’s expansion strategy by leading acquisitions, forging strategic partnerships, and developing scalable frameworks to expand Bloom’s footprint.
Prior to joining Bloom, Dave led strategic partnerships for UnitedHealth Group, overseeing initiatives across the Optum and UnitedHealthcare businesses. Prior to that, he led strategy and operations teams at DaVita, with a focus on enhancing care and the overall experience for dialysis patients. In addition to his healthcare experience, Dave also led growth initiatives at a large distribution business and held a consulting role with a global manufacturing company.
Dave received an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver where he was a member of the lacrosse team.
In his free time, Dave enjoys international travel and spending time outdoors, whether it’s backpacking, mountain biking, skiing, or hiking with his wife and young daughter.
