Tenzin Kalden, AGNP-C, is a dedicated Primary Care Provider at Bloom Healthcare, where she has been serving for the past nine months. Born and raised in India, Tenzin completed a BSN and worked as an RN in an Intensive Therapy Unit before moving to Colorado in 2010. During her early years in Colorado, Tenzin worked as a caregiver in memory care, where she developed a deep connection with residents and a passion for geriatric care.
